My Journey
My life has been guided by the use of art and movement for self discovery and expression. I’m currently a Professor of Theatre at the University of Lincoln and have used art and movement for healing around the world including Kyrgyzstan, Rwanda, Nepal and Indonesia. Several years ago, I found myself drawn to developing a daily meditation and yoga practice with the aspiration to share this practice with others.
Training with Frog Lotus Yoga in Spain was a transformative experience that intertwined my love for yoga with a profound understanding of its philosophy and techniques. Immersed in an environment rich with tradition and community, I gained insights that reshaped my perspective on both yoga and meditation.
Now, yoga is not just a practice for me; it's a way of life that influences everything I do.
